And actually easier, if you click on the image you can see a treehugger.com article about solar powered hamster balls purifying water in only a few hours. Through the process of evaporation and condensation, the hamster ball-like contraptions can clean up to 3 liters of water a day.3 liters isn't much, but if you're not getting any clean water, it can save someone's life (I wonder if it tastes terrible though, ew)!
